ଗ୍ରାମାଞ୍ଚଳରେ ସରକାରୀ ଯୋଜନାଙ୍କୁ ହିତାଧିକାରୀଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ପହଞ୍ଚାଇବାର ମୁଖ୍ୟ ସୂତ୍ରଧର ହେଉଛନ୍ତି ପି.ଇ.ଓ। ସବୁବେଳେ ପ୍ରତିକୂଳ ପରିସ୍ଥିତିର ମୁକାବିଲା କରି ନିଜର କର୍ତ୍ତବ୍ୟ ନିର୍ବାହ କରୁଥିଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ସମାଜରେ ଉପଯୁକ୍ତ ସ୍ୱୀକୃତୀ ମିଳିପାରୁନାହିଁ। କେତେବେଳେ ରାଜନୈତିକ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିବିଶେଷଙ୍କ ଆକ୍ରୋଶର ଶିକାର ହେଉଛନ୍ତି ତ ଆଉ କେତେବେଳେ ଅସାମାଜିକ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଙ୍କ ଟାର୍ଗେଟରେ। ତଥାପି କର୍ମକୁ ନିଜର ଭଗବାନ ଚିନ୍ତା କରି କାମ କରିଚାଲୁଛନ୍ତି। ତେବେ କଟକ ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟରତ ପି.ଇ.ଓ. କିଭଳି ସୂଚାରୂଭାବେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟସମ୍ପାଦନ କରିପାରିବେ, ନିଜର ସୁରକ୍ଷା, ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସମସ୍ୟା ଓ ସମାଧାନ ଦିଗରେ ଆଲୋଚନା କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଅଗଷ୍ଟ ୩୧ ତାରିଖ କଟକ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ପି.ଇ.ଓ ସଂଘ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ଜଗତପୁର ଭୈରପୁରସ୍ଥିତ ଭଗବତୀ ମଣ୍ଡପରେ ଏକ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱ ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ବୈଠକ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହେବା ସହ କର୍ମକର୍ତ୍ତା ଚୟନ ହୋଇଯାଇଛି। ସଂଘର ମନୋନୀତ ପଦାଧିକାରୀମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ଭାବେ ମୌସମ କୁମାର ବିଷୋୟୀ, ଉପାଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ଭାବେ ଅନୁପ୍ରଭା ରାଉତ, ସଚିବ ଭାବେ ରଞ୍ଜିତ ବେହେରା ମନୋନୀତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି। ପୁନଶ୍ଚ ଯୁକ୍ତ ସଚିବ ଭାବେ ସୁଗ୍ୟାନୀ ପତି, କୋଷାଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ଅମୀତ ମହାନ୍ତି ଓ ଶକ୍ତିକାନ୍ତ ମହାନ୍ତି, ପରାମର୍ଶଦାତା ଭାବେ ଚନ୍ଦନ ସାମଲ ଏବଂ ଅନ୍ୟ ସମସ୍ତ ବ୍ଲକରୁ ଜଣେ ଜଣେ ପ୍ରତିନିଧି ମାନେ ରହିଛନ୍ତି। ଏହି ବୈଠକରେ ପି.ଇ.ଓ.ଙ୍କ ପ୍ରମୁଖ ଦାବି ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଗ୍ରୁପ-ବି (ପେ ଲେବଲ-୯) ପ୍ରତି ଏକତା ଓ ସଂଘବଦ୍ଧତାର ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ ସନ୍ଦେସ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। ଏଥି ସହିତ କଟକ ଜିଲ୍ଲାର ଆଠଗଡ଼ ଓ ନରସିଂହପୁରରେ ୨ଜଣ ପି.ଇ.ଓ.ଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ଘଟିଥିବା ଅପ୍ରୀତିକର ଘଟଣାକୁ ସମସ୍ତେ ଦୃଢ଼ ନିନ୍ଦା କରିବା ସହ ଚିନ୍ତା ପ୍ରକଟ କରିଥିଲେ। କଟକ ଜିଲ୍ଲାର ୧୪ଟି ବ୍ଲକର ସମସ୍ତ ପି.ଇ.ଓ. ମାନେ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ଥିଲେ .
